oh, yeah, there's a blog here

TOTALLY FORGOT. I SWEAR.

hee, I am on two computers at once atm x3

ANYWAY.
This'll be a big one. if it were livejournal, I'd put a cut in so that it doesn't stretch the front page.
BUT THIS IS NOT LIVEJOURNAL.
SO HAH.

ANyway, first up is some of the stuff that I accomplished at Further Confusion- January 22-24- including the stuff that I took home. I'll keep it short to the ones that I -REALLY liked.. because there's quite a bit of it >>

'kay, so first up- HAMSTER. This was commissioned by one guy for his little sister's 17th birthday- she recently won an engineering award- built a little bridge out of cardboard, newsprint, and glue- total weight like 2.4 lbs- supported over 240 lbs before it collapsed
that is more than amazing, and some to think of it I should have put in more effort than I was paid for, just because of how amazing that feat is.

and this one's just my personal favorite badge out of the eight or so I did.

and this guy- HOLEE SHIT, I wish I'd been able to take it home to scan it, instead of having to borrow Dook's scanner at the convention, because-
ffff <3 I absolutely love the way it came out, and am actually going to put it up on my website the next time I update it.

HOKAY!
the other day i got this wild ass hair up my ass- I needed to use my oil pastels, and I needed to do it on a large piece of brown packing/wrapping paper.
and i had to do it with the paper taped to the back of my door.
my only regret is that i could not achieve a better photograph. everybody who's seen it IRL (all two of them) rather like it- I call it "Self-Contained"

this is a- triptych, technically? Still very much WIP, for a set of close friends

and this one- i dunno if you'll be able to see it right, but i finally transferred the sketch for "You Wont Be Mine" onto the canvas- the most revision came to the musician in the back- there used to be a whole group of them, and I'll be changing him again later, because he needs to be sitting behind a piano.
